Winter Returns to the Black Forest – Just in Time!

Winter has finally arrived in the Black Forest in Southwest Germany, just in time for the carnival holidays! Heavy snowfall hit the region today, and around Feldberg, more than 20 cm (8 inches) of fresh snow fell within just a few hours. A dream come true for winter sports enthusiasts and holidaymakers eager to hit the slopes again.

We were on-site in the Hochschwarzwald tourism region, speaking with visitors who were thrilled about the fresh snow. After a relatively mild season so far, this winter wonderland arrived at the perfect time!
